Wholesale Drinking Glasses offers standard ground and expedited delivery service via USPS and UPS for most shipments. All items in stock will be shipped within 1-4 days upon receiving your order (depending stock availability). Some items may take 1-3 weeks for shipping, if they are not currently in stock. FOR US Shipments: Orders arrive within 6-10 business days (excluding holidays), for orders in the continental United States, when places Monday through Friday before 1 p.m. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii arrive in 7-14 business days. Orders arrive within 5-10 business days (excluding holidays), for orders in the continental United States, when places Monday through Friday before 1 p.m. Standard Ground Shipping charges are:

For Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii: A $25-45 additional fee applies. Orders arrive in 7-10 business days (excluding holidays) when orders are received by 1 p.m. PST Monday through Friday. If packages are not accepted buy buyer at the provided shipping address, and the order is returns to us, a 20% restocking fee is charged. Customer will have to pay for shipping again, to have the items reshipped. Items over 65 pounds may incur an additional charge for standard and rush shipping. Customer Care will contact you if this is the case. Finally, for orders exceeding $500 we will have to assess the shipping cost prior to charging you. Generally we divide the shipping cost with our customer. It will depend on size and weight. Once we have an accurate estimate we will contact you for payment. No charges will be added without your approval.

Returns & Replacements
If you receive a product that is damaged, we will gladly provide you with a replacement within 15 days. We accept any returns and exchanges if you are unhappy with your product within 15 days of purchase. Please note, thath ALL RETURNS INCUR A 10% RESTOCKING FEE. If packages are not accepted buy buyer at the provided shipping address, and the order is returns to us, a 20% restocking fee is charged. Buyer is also responsible for return shipping for refused item, and any associated costs incurred by the shipping company (UPS will return theitem to us). Customer will have to pay for shipping again, to have the items reshipped.All glasses must be unused, in original packaging or we cannot take them back. For damaged items, please email us a picture of the broken item and we will ship a replacement. However, it is imperative that you contact us with any issues with your product within 15 days of receipt. After that time, we are not responsible for damaged items. Often, we will require to open a ticket with the shipping company and you will obliged to hold on to your shipping packaging until the case is closed. We will keep you updated on how long to hold on to your package. Please contact us for a Return Form and accompany it with the original shipment and indicate the reason for return. All products must be returned in its original condition and unused.
